Unable to post Picture of View Feedback

Unable to send a picture in a eBay Message. It just will not load. Also unable to review Feedback left by buyer. In eBay's Community, unable to reply to anyone and none of the Tools are available for use. There must be an eBay update going on?

I've been selling on Ebay for years now and every 6 months they have to change something

that doesn't need changing and it screws everything up.

I take a break every once in a while for a few months because I can not keep up with the changes.  I have to relearn many things when I start again.

Unless something has changed in the past week, the place to load photos has a notation next to it that indicates it is still in the works (at least on mine leaving feedback as a buyer this past week).
