I created a listing, reviewed it and tried to LIST ITEM. Screen becomes grey and freezes. Tried multiple times with same result. No messages. Please help

Are you on your desktop or cell phone?
Maybe a program issue. Come back and let us know what is going on, type of computer, windows 10? Updated ebay app on cell?

Desktop, Win 7. Did a test by revising an existing item - everything works, except this particular item
