Unable to combine orders & it's grey so I can't check it

I can't combine an order. I can check them on the first page but on the second page it is grey. There is a message from eBay saying that one of the items has been removed. It's not a trademark item so it's not something like that. Does anybody know what to do?

You are the seller?

EBay is telling you that they will not allow you to sell one of the items.  Since it's not a trademark/VeRO question, might there have been a safety recall?

Contact the buyer.

If you have been paid, you can go ahead and ship.  But don't relist any others of that item you have. They will be removed and you may get a Defect.

If you have not been paid, contact the buyer and ask what she wants to do.

Since your basic question, I guess, is about shipping discounts, sell the acceptable eBay item at the eBay price and invoice separately through PP the unacceptable item with the shipping discounted (don't forget, there will be two bills here and PP will charge you 30 c for each payment)

You won't be able to combine the payments.
