Unable to Leave Feedback

I've been trying to leave my buyers feedback, but every time I try, I get this:

"Uh-oh.
We ran into a problem, but we're working on it. Please try later"

It's been well over a month now that I am unable to leave fb, but yet I get emails from eBay reminding me to leave my buyers feedback.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I can not leave feedback either.

Is this happening regardless of where you try to leave the feedback?  example:  seller hub, actual listing, print label screen and probably other places

I have two selling accounts.

I can leave feedback on the other account, but not this one.

That is very strange.
