Unable to Edit Active Listings

So... GREAT rollout for forced GTC, Ebay (not)!

I can't edit my current listings. I get this error message:

And of course, you can't change the duration of an active listing. So now, I can't edit any fields in any listings until they get relisted.

Called customer service - the agent of course has no idea what I'm talking about. Do CS agents even use Ebay or learn how it works? Guess not...
