WHAT IS EVERYONE DOING ABOUT THE POSTAL SERVICE. WE SEND OUT PACKAGES AND THEY DON'T ARRIVE AND OUR CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING UPSET. WE PUT THROUGH A LOST PACKAGE REQUEST. DON'T HEAR ANYTHING. THE CUSTOMER CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER SO THEY WANT US TO SEND THEIR ITEM AGAIN. SO THEN THEY GET TWO PACKAGES!!! SO WE END UP LOSING MONEY.....POSTAGE AND OUR PRODUCT!! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE??

I AM NOT ONLY HAVING ISSUES SENDING PACKAGES BUT RECIEVING THEM SINCE MAY 9 2025. THEY SAY THAT THERE IS BAD WEATHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY BUT I CANNOT SEE BAD WEATHER ANYWHERE BUYERS ANGRY BUT UNDERSTANDING I AM LOOSING MONEY I AM NOT SEEING ANY CLAIM GO THROUGH YET FOR REIMBUSEMENT OUT ABOUT $500 SO FAR.

I am out $140.00 thanks to the USPS and feebay. The USPS lost the package, said it was picked up, then said it was delivered. Buyer filed a claim, feebay is absolutely NO help, they said: "Your package with the tracking number **************** was delivered to the correct address. You've done everything you need to do right now.If the buyer doesn't close this request by 24 Oct 2025, you can ask us to step in and help." THEN, feebay says: "We'd previously contacted you about a request that *** filed for an order placed on Sep 27, 2025. The reason for this request is that the buyer hasn’t received their item yet.

Presumably this was an Item Not Received claim. Did you upload the tracking number showing delivery to the City and ZIP of the address you received with the payment?

The package isn’t lost if tracking shows delivered. Post office scans can sometimes be entered incorrectly You wouldn’t be out any money if you respond to the item not received claim with the tracking number showing delivery.
Of course your insurance claim was denied, because the item was delivered.

If there's still time, you'd better respond by giving eBay your tracking number.
