USPS no longer has flat rate express box rates(1 price any weight)?

Flat rate means 1 rate not regional rate but 1 rate any weight up to.  They did away with that?  Why?   Save $0.03 on fuel?   How can you set up a shipping rule when you are obligated to offer free flat price in order to be seen on google shopping?   You can't have calculated and fixed on the same rule.  You USED to just be able to put in a number like $28 or something now you have to????   I put $100...ridiculous.  How do you close last minute holiday sales?   Puts a consumer right of,  NO CONFIDENCE .  They exit the site and go to amazon.

As the OP has observed, USPS no longer offers flat-rate boxes for Priority Mail Express.

I believe my response said they’re available on usps.com. I was just there.

I was, too, and couldn't find them. Got a link to where I can order an Express flat rate box?  

Also, the rates publication doesn't show a price for Express flat rate boxes; that's where I double-checked on my assertion that they are no longer offered.
