Volume Pricing Not Working?

Hi Sellers,

I added volume pricing on all my listings but it is not showing the bulk saving box on the listing. It just stopped working all of the sudden and I can't find the problem that's causing it.  Does anyone know why?

Did you check to make sure the volume discount didn't expire? Can you post an affected item number?

I'm seeing a coupon coded discount offered on your listings. Do public coupons override volume discounts? I haven't messed around with coupons much - hopefully someone here can answer that.

I checked the volume discount promotion and they are still active. For example, Ebay item number: 124916541959. The volume discount is showing active but there's no bulk savings box. It's quite frustrating because customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on too.

I was able to solve the problem after contacting CSR agent again. It was the public coupon overriding volume discount like you suspected. Thanks!
