Question : sold two items to the same buyer , same shipping sddress in NYC . one from this selling I.D. & one from my other selling I.D. . Can or should I combine shipping using the same tracking number ? Small items sold at $ 8.99 & $ 4.99 ea, with $ 3.50 shipping charge ea. I prefer to ship together & refund approx. $ 3.00 shipping charge through paypal. Is it a good idea ? Or should I just ship them seperate ? Thanks for any suggestions .

Sold on two different accounts? Absolutely ship them separately.

If you ship them together you will only be able to track one of the items. You can't use the same tracking number for sales on different ebay accounts.
Those are low-value items, so a $3 on a sales total of $14 is a nice rebate for your buyer. But you'd be taking a risk of a fake "Item not received" claim as well as a hit on your percentage for "On time" shipping.

As above; you can't share shipping data across different accounts.
Is it possible that your buyer thought he was purchasing both items from the same seller? Do your two different account listings look like they're by the same seller?

No they do not , completely differant I.D.'s except my shipping address . I think I've sold to this same buyer before on both accounts ? Anyway they are packaged & ready to ship seperately .

I run mutiple seller accounts with similar types of items so this situation comes up regularily. I ship the items together....ALWAYS.
