Good morning, everyone.
So on Friday before I left work, I set out two packages to be shipped, scheduled a USPS PickUp for Saturday, and went home, got to work this morning, go to check my trackings so I can leave feedback, and there's nothing uploaded for shipping.
Go down to reception, and alas, there are the two packages that were supposed to ship! So I, obviously frustrated since you can only do next-day pickup scheduling if you want it free, and this might effect my tracking upload %, go to the USPS website to check, and the pickup that I have the SCAN SHEET PRINTED OUT FOR, poof, gone, nothing.
Anyone else have or having this problem with USPS scheduled pickup? I can't drive to the Post Officer for various reasons, and so I have to rely on scheduled pickup during their morning route to get things shipped out.

Happens to me quite often. I recently moved and in this new area pick up requests are constantly ignored. In fact the mailman comes the day after the request was made sometimes. I have complained to the USPS who then pass the complaints to my local post office, but still no change.
My local post office does not have a regular mailman for my route which could be the problem. Every day, new mailman. My last place had one mailman who showed up like clockwork daily, and in a strange irony retired the day I moved. I gave him a big retirement present. I have nothing good to say about this new post office which has the worst possible Google rating. Go into it and there are people talking to each other and ignoring you. Worst post office ever.

Good luck dealing with the P.O. It is one of the worst businesses for customer service.
