Well, so much for being able to deliver speedy service to my buyers. I can't print a shipping label and keep getting the error:
We're having trouble printing your label. We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 0]
This is in Chrome and Firefox, the two most popular browsers in the world.
What up?

While experiencing this error with eBay labels, have you tried going to the transaction in PayPal and printing a label from there?

try closing the browser and restarting

Second that. If I'm understanding the message correctly, the label does exist now; it's just a matter of printing it. You could try reprinting options via My eBay, PayPal, or via the emailed confirmation you get when postage is paid.
Do you have access to any other computer? Can you log in from elsewhere and try printing it from there?

Do you think it might help if, while in Google Chrome, he deleted his temporary Internet files (Ctrl + Shift + Del) - Clear Browsing Data - from the beginning of time (but save passwords & other important stuff)?

You're correct - it does look like they created the label already.
@clubware Try going to your shipping label page and clicking the 'reprint' button.

Here are a few threads where users solved the issue when they had this error message. Hopefully one of them will hold the answer for you:

You can also look into creating an account with stamps.com - sign up for a free trial and, if you like it, before the trial ends ask to be converted to the free ebay account.
