Since changes to feedback page were made in 2017, UPI feedback rating box is left up for 2 months. They used to be taken down immediately. Cant leave feedback so why is it there cluttering up my feed back page and causing waste of energy to scroll over it to get to valid feedback boxes? Im told to hide it by clicking upper right X but this doesnt solve anything, it just reappears the next time I go to leave feedback
