UPC/EAN Issue

I cannot relist a product for some reason 

it is staying 

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• The EAN field is missing. Please add EAN to the listing and try again.

There is no field for EAN to be filled in ???  I have tried and tried numerous times?

You can create the field manually-

On your listing template, you will see this:

When you click on it fill in anything like my example:

Save and maybe that will work.

The UPC field should accept an EAN.

The UPC field is completely missing from my listing page.  I have tried to add it in my self in Item Specifics and the eBay system still kicks back an error when I try to submit the listing.  This listing does have variations for size--is this causing the problem?
