These are user boards, other buyers and sellers, so we can't see the whats or whys. Maybe you could give us a little more information about why (?) your item was removed, and then we can offer some suggestions. Could be the category it was listed in or title on the listing or wording on the piece itself?

Can you attach your photos and description shown in your listing (so we can see what could be wrong)? EBAY bots must have flagged it for some reason. Do not attempt to relist it because EBAY will permanently suspend your account.

Yours was taken down because:

They found it (chevy reps) and reported it via VERO (Verified Rights Owners) as you cannot 'make' items using any of GM insignias. That item is a NOS and may not fall under something they are worried about.

Do you make 'new' ones like this??

Why not others?

a.) they could have NOT yet been reported (there are Billions of Listings and only the ones the rep finds can removed or...

b.) they are licensed by GM

They gave you a reason and a contact for GM for you to be licensed.

eBay limits the sale of real, government-issued license plates. Apparently the eBay bots thought that your vanity/dealer advertising plate was a real license plate. I'm sorry I don't know how to convince eBay that yours isn't a government-issued license plate and thus it should be allowed.

Sellers are sometimes disciplined if they relist a removed item, so be careful if you decide to relist this. Maybe make your listing (which of course we can't see) more similar to the permitted ones -- remove any words that might confuse the violations bot. And add a statement similar to what the permitted item says in the description: "This plate is expired, over three years old and complies with all eBay rules."

THIS is a help board for people looking to get pointers on selling. We are volunteers, not corporate, and we do not have your account info in front of us to review.

I personally have no idea from what details you are posting what may be happening to you other than you be been restricted from selling an item, that you see others selling.

It is most likely, those others haven't been discovered, but are about to be. If you are restricted, do not try to repost the items. You are on their radar, and you will lose your account.

Its like speeding, If you get pulled over, the officer isn't going to let you go because other people speed too.

Try to get in touch with a CS rep why your item got pulled... It may be simply the way you worded your listing and the bots pulled It thinking it was an illicit item.

I hope you get a resolution, I understand your frustration.

Ever drove more than 65 mph and not get caught? Well, sometimes Ebay is like driving above the speed limit. Sometimes, you get caught and sometimes, you don't. You got caught once. Relist that item again and you will definitely get caught again and possibly suspended. It's not worth the risk.

I had that happened to me. I did not put in the description that the plate "was over 3 years old". I called ebay to try an explain that the plate was just an advertisement tag, not a car tag. Then I realized that I was pleading my case with someone in Pakistan I just relisted it later with a statement that it "was over 3 years old."

Since I doubt anyone here knows about that type of license plate you will have to explain to us what it is, what it is all about, where they came from, who uses them, etc. Only YOU know about them and the possible reason for the takedown. Disregard the fact others are selling them as that has nothing to do with your situation. Concentrate on the REASON for yours being taken down.
