Bought a game (I collect only NA-USA copies) and it wasn’t specified that it was the UAE version (Picture of front was taken but not the back), on older consoles the UAE stamp would be on the front, so I figured it would be the same for this console, and assumed wrong). Seller won’t accept a return or partial refund. What do I do?

Have you already tried to open a return case?
If you did open a return case, what was the reason you selected?
What was the delivery date when the item arrived? You have 30 days from the delivery date to open a return case.
Let's start there and see if we can assist you.

If seller did not specify that UAE version on their description page you can return this item. EBAY 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (supersedes "no refund" policy) allows you to return item using reason "not as described.
Go to your PURCHASE HISTORY (click on RETURN THIS ITEM and specify "not as described".
If you still have problems, you can contact EBAY customer service, and they will solve your problem. EBAY does NOT have a phone number that you can call (you must request a callback). Go to HELP and type CONTACT EBAY (screen will appear with your PURCHASES (click on problem item). EBAY customer service will call you back.
Make sure that you have "silence unknown caller" setting turned off on your cellphone, otherwise when EBAY calls you, it will not ring.

Are they a NA seller, and they didn't mention it was not a NA release anywhere in the listing? If not, open an INAD and force a return. There is nothing wrong with selling an import version, but they absolutely must mention that in the listing.
This is why sellers need to show the back as well as the front cover of media they sell. The back contains important information about the product that is not always in the item specifics (or is wrong), and buyers don't always check ISs. Many of the mega game/media sellers don't include the back cover. Look for media items from sellers who do. Can help avoid problems for both buyers and sellers.

So it HAS to be in the description right? Even regardless of pictures or anything (this doesn’t apply to my case, but want to make sure for future purposes incase I make the same mistake somehow)

They are an NA seller that shipped from Tennessee, but the game was UAE obviously. Was curious though, in case I make the same mistake, if they put a picture of the UAE stamp but no description, does that classify as mentioning its UAE? Obviously doesn’t apply to my case but am still curious.
