Until your recent June 1st sale, you havent sold anything in more than a year. That makes you an infrequent seller, and subject to funds hold. With Ebays 30 day MBG, they prefer that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.

Payment holds are nothing new, they always put a hold on new seller payments.

Since you haven't sold anything in awhile, you're treated like a new seller.
