Looking into their profile, it appears that both are abusing the rating system, but I can't quite tell for sure. Should I trust this buyer? I rejected his offer previously because it looked suspisous, and this same guy is doing it again. Seems like this guy is despirate.

I run into that a few years ago with a freight forwarder. (don't remember which one).
It was just one order, come up with two different zip codes for the same address.
One town extended their city limits to included the freight forwarder, it was the same address and you could use either zip code.

Me too. The place has different zip codes but the same address. Had no problem using the address multiple times.

That's the outfit in Doral, Florida. They have a Miami ZIP Code as well as a Doral ZIP; both point to the same street address.

No need to waste money on Signature confirmation if the total is below $750. That gives you nothing extra beyond what Delivery confirmation will give you for free. It does not have to be signed for by the buyer himself. Any adult at the delivery address can sign for it.
