Yes, I see they are listed and sold, but that doesn't mean anything.
I have lead ingots, lead sinkers, lead wheel weights, lead shot
In firearms accessories, lead shot is not listed specifically. I also have steel shot. I had to empty out a bunch of shells and have mixed shot now I don't need. It can be used to melt down for make whatever sinkers, ballast, used for weight..
I know I can sell the pyramid sinkers, but trying to make a box up of mixed lead including old lead wheel weights and larger balls of lead or slugs taken from old shells.
I see them being sold.. I also see some listing shipping as media which tells me they already don't follow the rules.
I've already been misled once by Ebay on chat as to what I could list - only having it taken down later. I'm trying to avoid that.

I think some of it is covered here and can't be listed:

There are state restrictions on the sale of some lead products like sinkers
https://www.raremonster.com/blog/post/3/lead-fishing-tackle-bans/
There have been a variety of proposals to ban not only the use of lead shot ammunition, but the sale and possession of lead shot. Both in specific states and other countries.
Given the cost of shipping and the risks associated with an emotional issue, I would avoid selling anything made of metallic lead.

Yeah.. maybe for what I would get out of it, not worth the chance..
I wouldn't expect there to be an issue with a melting pot , though..
