Trying to add a credit card not just for purchases but ALSO for my offers ...

... but it seems I can only choose one.  If I make an offer and it is accepted I want the seller to immediately get paid.

     Go into your account settings and under payments you should see the following box at the bottom that should allow you to add card(s) or other payment methods.

Thank you, and yes, I did that but it gave me a list of 3 or 4 things I want the card to be used for, and you can only pick one thing, I chose to pay for things I buy but one of the choices was for offers.  I want the card to be used for both things and it will only let me choose one reason.

Please disregard this post here, I couldn't figure out how to delete it altogether. 😉  I am still looking for an answer though !
