Trying to add 2 pull down menus to my existing items for sale

Long time seller here on eBay. I have some old catalogs i sell as a PDF file like this one

I was sending them out only as a CD ROM but i now want to offer them on a Flash drive also. How do add in pull down tabs to offer them for the buyer to chose one or the other? Any way to change each auction without relisting all of them all over again?

Do you have the rights to scan the catalog and sell copies on disk/flash drive?

No. Single item listings cannot be converted to variation listings. Relist and sell similar functions will not work, either. You would have to start from scratch - if the category even supports variations, which it might not. Variations are not available in every category.

You cannot change a listing to add variations.  You would have to create a new listing.

Variation listings (pull down  choice type listings) are not allowed in every category.
