Trying to Add a refund method

Hello,

I am trying to add a credit card to refund a purchase amount, but the pop-up box to enter details keeps disappearing in a second, before I can enter any details...

What do I do?

I have never had to add a CC to do a refund. 

The seller just refunds and the payment goes back to the buyer. 

Money is refunded through the payment processer to the same way the item was paid.

To refund customer, go to ORDERS (click on SEND REFUND).
