Trouble getting templates to save or update with new listing layout

Having trouble getting anything to list from my inventory templates. When I choose a template and update it with new info for the product that I am relisting, I either get a system error, unable to process, or a message that says could not save template at this time. This happens on multiple listings when I try to update or if I try to revise and list. It is seemingly at random whether it will work or not. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Just keep sending feedback. The new tool has been an overall disaster for eBay and it's sellers. Glitchy and awkward. Gmv has taken a huge hit since it's been introduced so they must be taking notice! eBay claims the new tool is easier and faster.... But obviously that is a complete opposite statement of  what the tool actually is- more complicated and frustrating to fight with. All we can hope for us that someone finally understands what we sellers really want and need....... Or they could just actually listen to us from the start lol..... We don't want neg change that makes it harder to list! This listing tool is the result of a company whose employees are completely disconnected with it's customer base and their needs. Instead of working with sellers to grow the platform, they have opted to just force promoted listings down our throats to squeeze a few more "short term dollars" out of our pockets....... Only hurting sellers and the platform more.

Today I even couldn't use the descrition! It simply did not open the window. It is a nightmare to list something.

again- it makes no sense how new code that is supposed so great can be so flawed after being released for 18 months now...... simply makes no sense.

this is why we hate ebay updates and "improvements"

I guess I am glad I am not alone, but frustrated that there is no fix so far. Same issues today. I wish I could jump into the old listing tool. 20+ years here and you would think our feedback would be important, especially since some of us have probably been here longer than any of the management.
