Trouble With Pricing Window When Listing~Prepopulated with Prices and Won't Edit

Anyone else seeing an issue with prepopulated~and non-editable~ prices when trying to list items?  I'm trying to list things and when I get to the pricing window, there are a number of prices (of my own~previous listings, likely) that drop down. I cannot enter a custom price.  Luckily, I tend to have a similar price point on my items and can live with the drop down options. Just hope this isn't another unannounced directive!

I have been listing & doing drafts and haven't had this issue
What tool are you using?
Quick listing or Advanced/Business tool
And are you trying a brand new from scratch listing or sell similar

Are you using the app, the mobile site, or the classic desktop site?

Are you using the quick listing form or the advanced business listing form?

Are you creating new listings, using the relist function, or using the sell similar function from your own listings or another seller's listings?
