Trouble Listing

I have been trying to list items all morning and when I get to the BUY IT NOW section all I get is the Auction button, WHY WHY WHY?

Computer site or Phone App??

 

(2 different worlds and the App is NOT really some where someone should go to for 'listing/selling' as it always has problems, shortcuts etc.)

When you get to the Pricing section of the listing form, click the Down Arrow to open the pulldown menu, and change your selection from Auction to BuyItNow:

That screenshot above is from the Desktop or Laptop view. Don't attempt to do listings from a phone.

Trouble Listing

Thank you. I have been listing since Aug of this year without a problem. Ebay informs me because I have no positive feedback and I just received a negative feedback I can't list UNTIL I either get a positive feedback or buy something on ebay and ask them to give me good feedback.
I think this is honestly too harsh for someone just starting out selling. And the real kicker is that the person who gave me the negative feedback NEVER CONTACTED ME to let me know they were disappointed and did not give me an opportunity to right the situation before she dinged me on Ebay. Just totally disappointed in Ebay as they didn't even contact me about the situation. They just blocked me so I can't list anything til I get this resolved.
I did contact the person who bought my item and asked her to return the item and I would reimburse her for the item and shipping. She has 10 days to respond. If she doesn't it stays on my records til someone gives a positive response. Just ridiculous in my opinion. It's my first offense and all my orders were shipped on time and I have an above standard rating.... I just don't get it. Thank you for responding and listening to me rant. Sorry.

Thank you for your feedback. Trying to resolve this issue by clicking this button, then that button and none of them address the problem. Finally got a hold of someone on messenger  and she was very helpful and told me I will not be able to list anything til I get a positive feedback or purchase something on ebay.
The real kicker is the person that bought my item never contacted me to let me know they were disappointed to give me a chance to make it right. They just went straight to ebay and gave me a negative feedback and said I did misrepresented the condition of the t-shirt and it had nubs all over it. I have good quality pictures and there are NO NUBS that any one has been able to see.
I contacted her and asked her to return the t-shirt and I would reimburse her for the purchase and shipping. She has 10 days to respond. I also asked her if she would please remove the negative feedback.
I think this is way too harsh of a punishment from Ebay on a person who just started selling in Aug of this year. They never contacted me to see what was going on, they just blocked me from listing til this is cleared up. Very disappointed and upset with Ebay.
