Tried VOLUME PRICING so I must be doing something wrong

I don't know when I started to use Volume Pricing, but it was working back then.  Yesterday I looked at several of my listings and the Volume Pricing was not there.

So using Seller Hub, I check the UNSOLD listings I want to relist.  I click RELIST.  I then click SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER.  Now the listings are in DRAFTS.  I go to each listing that has more than a QTY of 1 and click on COMPLETE DRAFT.  I scroll down to VOLUME PRICE and check

[ x] Offer a discount when buyers purchase more than one item at a time.

        Buy 2 or more and save -5% off each item

I click SAVE AS DRAFT.

I repeat for each item with a QTY greater than 1.  When I am done and ready to submit I then [ x ] all the listings and click on COMPLETE DRAFTS and the listings go up.

These listings used to show the volume pricing, but they don't any more.  I did select one of them yesterday to REVISE, and the volume pricing then did display.

So did something change, or am I doing it all wrong?

There's been several threads recently alluding to problems with drafts.  Just a thought.

-The listings were active with a volume discount, but when relisted the discount is not applying

-After the listings are live you can get the volume discount to work when you edit the individual listings

All signs point to a technical glitch. I took a quick look and found that @rawx4u is having a similar problem. I also found this thread which is about promoted listings, not volume discounts, but it appears to be the same type of problem - promotion is not applying when the listing goes live.

I'm going to tag brian@ebay  since he was helping with the promoted listings issue. This appears to be similar except it's regarding volume discounts. I think this needs to be reported to the technical team for review.

bigger fish to fry was advising this Poster  Disney that there have been posts & issues with both volume pricing & promoted listing & used your post as an example.

Nothing to get upset about, sure they meant nothing by it .
Whenever those of us who post & answer questions see a pattern of issues we often reference other posted threads , we also do the same when we tag ebay staff to a post when there starts to be numerous posts about the same issue

Before the actual relist, I go through the multiple-quantity and check the Volume Pricing AGAIN.  This last time, I decided to PREVIEW and sure enough, no Volume Pricing.  I REVISED after relisting and it then does show up.

I suspected the problem is in the Relisting when I discovered the VP wasn't showing.

Thank you for the help on this subject I've just realize that I had the same problem as the other person and my previous reply was not appropriate. You were a great help on the subject and I thank you for this and for forwarding to the eBay technicians 👍
