Ebay traffic no longer updating and no new data since March 26? Anyone else have this problem? I use data from the traffic report to track impressions for the products I sell most consistantly to see if there are any seasonality in my demand or any bad or good trends. but I have had no new data since March 26. Is this report feature gone?

It came back for a little while now its updated to April 18th and have been stuck there for some time. Any luck on your side? Is yours updating?

Mine hasn't updated since the 18th either.
Also I havn't had a sale in 10 Days when I normally sell something DAILY!!
Very frustraiting, is anyone else missing revenue since this occurance?

Definately experiencing a drop of sales since around the 20th when the monthly evaluation had hit.
I always try to upkeep my listings and stay fresh with changes that eBay has given us.
Nothing on my end would suggest that I am doing anything that would cause this for me personally.
Again, with many other Sellers mentioning the same issue, I believe that eBay is doing something in someway on purpose or not.

The traffic widgets always lag 7-20 days. It's not clear what causes them to update, but it's sporadic, usually once or twice a week but sometimes longer between updates.

I've had this issue on a number of occasions now.
I don't actually use the information really, but know when there is an issue due to the drop in sales.
From 10+ sales a day I go to 2 or 3.
I have been on the phone, sent emails and they eventually fix it. Then my sales miracuously return.
I have asked the question as to whether Cassini is linked to this in any way (I'm convinced it is) and have received the following reply-
"The issue will not have any impact on your selling performance as your listings are appearing as usual in the search results."
My next question was was where in the results? as-
"This seems to make your algorithm assume I've got 0% conversion rate on items and lower me down your search."
Their reply did not respond to this part.
It had all been working fine up until a few days ago, where again it broke down and my sales plummeted. I will yet again have to get in touch to fix it. Though as they say, it affects nothing.
I pay for a seller account, pay them fees etc. and they just don't give a toss. If I'm not selling and giving them my money, it just means that someone else is. So to them there is no loss.
Their final message-
"We realize that this is not a solution for you but believe us that such situation are very few on eBay and our teams works hard and actively to get it resolved for our members. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
I am glad to assist you today. Thank you for choosing eBay, we value your membership with us!"
If I treated my customers with the total lack of regard that borders almost to contempt that they do, I could understand my sales stopping.

My traffic report hasn't upadated since June 11, 2019 (9 days).
I spent 1/2 hour on hold and talking to 3 different service reps only to find out it's a bug with no ETA for being fixed.
