1st time in 20 yrs a listing was taken down by customerhelp@ebay.com. "...after receiving a report from the rights owner that it used their trademark without their permission."
"The Chemours Company, notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights."
Chemours is Not on ebays Vero list.
The listing title: R12 Freon 12oz Cans A/C Refrigerant SERCON NATIONAL CFC-12
The photos were taken by me, that I own.
All the words, in other current and completed listings, are used , except CFC-12.
Short for Dichlorodifluoromethane, main ingredient in freon.
So, maybe thats it. But...after a quick google search of CFC-12, came across an ebay ad. 1st page no less.
Seriously ? I also have CFC-12 .
I know, I know... change the title and move on.
But heres the real puzzle, I discovered later. Most all freon listings have an disclaimer about reselling to epa certifed.
Of which was unknowingly left out in the listing. Received no notice about that.

Uh, it is indeed Chemours, a spin off from Dupont. Careful where you cast aspersions.

Chemours is Not on ebays Vero list.
The VERO list is voluntary, and VERO member must elect to be included on it. I Am a VERO representative for music artists. none of whom appear on that list.
All the words, in other current and completed listings, are used , except CFC-12
The fact that words appear in other listings means nothing. VERO members are not required to be perfect of even diligent. In fact, VERO members are not required to be consistent or fair in their reports either. There could be hundreds of sellers violating their IP, and they could choose to report listings from just one of those sellers and ignore all the others if they choose to.
