I'm an artist in nc. I find it very hard to sell my artwork on ebay myself. Is there people who can actually sell artwork on ebay? That will help me?

What is it with the recent rash of interest I selling assistants? Seems like we get one every day.

Hi and welcome, @cristy.steffey.art ! Your work is breathtaking!!
You might try posting in the Art and Artists forum. Link below.

I have little experience with selling art, but have noticed the thriving community of artists who sell in the ACEO format here on eBay. So art does sell.
Wish you much success here. Sorry i could not be of more assistance.
ACEOs stands for “Art Cards Editions and Originals”. They are small, original works of art, that are released as either one off pieces, or editions. They must be 2.5 x 3.5 inches. (This standard size is widely recognised by collectors.)

I would think you cant sell some of your things... like the Taylor Swift mug as You do not have the permission from her to use her name.

I am going to venture to guess that some people are looking for a way around the 1099 reporting threshold that kicks in this year, unless it gets delayed again. What I don't think they realize is that does not provide them a loophole around it.

Smart cookie.

Once upon a time, eBay had the Trading Assistants program, and that didn't work out. They later tried again with eBay Valet and that also failed. The fact is, that selling things for others has so many problems and pitfalls that very, very few people will do it.
The first problem is that people nearly always have an unrealistic idea of the value of their stuff, so a lot of emotional drama develops. The sales will be on the seller's 1099K, so he will have to do extra bookwork in regards to his tax filing. Then there are questions such as: "How will you and the seller handle the refund when a buyer waits 179 days and then files a claim with PayPal or does a credit card chargeback?" Are you willing to wait 180 days for your money? If not, will you guarantee to cover the loss if this happens? How will you guarantee that? Or, "Who eats the loss if a buyer gets a refund but the returned item is damaged or a sorry substitute is sent?"
And those are just a couple of issues, out of several equally serious ones.
So, the chances of your finding anyone who will sell for you are slim to none. Sorry to be discouraging.
If you do find someone, be sure you have a clean, clear, detailed, written contract.

More than one a day.
I read a week or so ago that Google searches on "pawnshop near me" had surged, increasing by some remarkable percentage in June and continuing to rise this month.
For many, money is getting tighter and tighter.
Plus, as others have pointed out, some are trying to wriggle off the income tax hook by getting their stuff sold on someone else's account.

You would be best just to list them on your own site or sell locally for cash. With the new age of required taxes, fees, returns, fraud, etc. that fall on the seller, you would likely have to compensate a nice price in order to get anyone to do it for you, like 50% of your take.
Good luck finding what you need.

That crossed my mind as well. 🙄

I wouldn't do it for 80%

Nice stuff by the way . Honestly , anyone that is gonna assume full responsibility for your items including returns having to deal with clients plus having to declare a 1099 for tax purposes, list ship package etc., is most likely going to want minimum 60 to 70 percent of the final sale amount.
You have to take into account shipping costs, final fee's charged by ebay , labor costs for the individual to list ship and deal with clients, the tax ramifications for the assistant plus other things. Personally if it were me I would not do this for anything less than 70 percent of the final sale amount .
Good luck

A little advice - put dimensions in the description and titles for the ones where it is missing, and take some close up shots of the paintings and the frames.
