From what I understand there is not requirement other than the product must be a physical and tangible item with a tracking number when shipped. Digitals are not allowed without permission and very few if any are approved.

You already sold a card. Unless something massively changed in Trading Cards which is my current specialty then there is no such thing as a pre-authorized seller / streamer. I of course might have missed something entirely.
