Hi there. Need some help. I have been selling for a year now. I add tracking numbers on all my items but lately it is not updating on the American USPS side. It use to show the whole details from the time send to the time delivered on Ebay. This last 4 months it just stopped only one or 2 updated. Other iems to other countries updates on their systems as well as Ebay. I use muliple tracking engines to track my packages but only packages to the USA is not updating. When i inquire with the buyer they ussualy tell me they received it. A few want their money back and then its a back and forth wit ebay and I have to upload all the receipt to show that it was send. How do I fix this?
