I have an item I sold on May 22nd, shipped on May 23rd and scanned as picked up on the 23rd. Package shows delivered on the 25th. I have a 3 day shipping time.

On my dashboard it is showing no scan by carrier even though the item shows on ebay tracking and on USPS as being picked up and delivered before I even had to ship it. When I click on download report it shows item not uploaded at all, uploaded late and uploaded on time but not scanned on time. HUH? None of this is right.

Do I have to call ebay to get this fixed?

There is so much wrong with that feature that you may have to. Give it 2 more days to update and correct itself. If it still shows crazy data call ebay CS. Have a copy of the USPS tracking for the package too, just in case. These hang ups do get fixed, it just takes some time.

are you going to have to call ebay every time this happens? Showing a shipping defect in Dashboard means you may not qualify for the top rated seller status because less than 95% of your items did not upload on ebay properly so you won't get the 10% trs discount if too many of these defects occur. Unless your going to chase and fix all of these errors up every time it happens to qualify for the trs status and discount. To hard to keep doing this for every order. Worth complaining about since you're doing the right thing.

@dande2016 There is often a system lag when it comes to keeping that metric updated. I find that the issue clears itself up within a week or less most of the time. I've only had to call twice about late shipment dings - one random & one due weather that was noted on the announcements page.

Yes, I am aware of the late shipment lag. This one is different though. Usually when it is the lag I cannot generate a report, when I try it shows they were all uploaded on time. This time it generates a report and shows the specific item.

What is so annoying is that when you click on the the tracking ON EBAY, it shows the tracking from start to finish.

What you are probably looking at is your "If you were evlauated today" screen.

When you are evaluated on June 20, that evalution will cover May 1 - May 31.

eBay still has three weeks to get caught up, and in my experience they always do.

I would not even think about calling eBay until mid-June, because by then it will likely be a non-issue.
