A reply in another thread I made mentioned an eBay tracking requirement.
Since when does eBay require tracking? Or is this only if you want to be covered in case of a claim?

Canadians aren't required to provide tracking. You can actually even keep your TRS status without meeting the tracking requirement (I have 89% compliance and I'm still TRS).
If you want to be covered in the event of an INR, you will have to provide tracking. Most people who ship from Canada do so without tracking and refund and block for any INRs.

^^ That, for one. Top Rated Seller status, for two.
Otherwise tracking is not required.

Canadians keep TRS regardless of how much tracking they use. I'm at 89% and I have TRS.
