Tracking number updates

The tracking number I uploaded has unfortunately not been updated due to a weak courier service. What should I do about it?

@inhawaii I will definitely find a new courier service. Will eBay suspend my account because the tracking number I uploaded earlier has not been updated? (This is my first uploaded tracking number)

Are there other courier services offered in Sri Lanka?..Perhaps you should seek them out and see if they can help you with your issue. Also, did you intend to for your id name to be "supper goods?" In the US, supper means an evening meal...did you perhaps mean "Super_goods?" That might work better for you.  Use your translator...it's helpful.  Good luck.

@super_goods_599I check the tracking progress of our orders every morning. If an item doesn't show any movement with the carrier, I contact them and open a Find my Package request. If that doesn't get it showing in the tracking, I open a Lost Package with the carrier. You should also check the tracking on the carrier's website, nit just the what ebay shows. Sometimes, ebay doesn't show the updated trackinh.

Several times, the item was delivered but the tracking never reflected the delivery. We just sent a large order on 2 pallets and ebay gave us a defect because freight carriers don't scan on pickup. Best of Luck!
