Is there any way to find a tracking number from over 90 days? A buyer messaged me today about an item they didn't receive from August, why they waited this long I have no idea. But I can't find the tracking number anywhere in my seller hub because it only goes back 90 days, and on the order info page it only shows the method of shipping.

Given the length of time, you're pretty much clear of This issue. They should have filed for an INR months ago.
The problem really isn't yours.

I know of one way. Go to your Transactions and select to filter for a 'Custom' date... make it from January till now, for instance. From there, it pulls up all of them, and you can see the Tracking Number on all of your 'Shipping Labels' transactions.
It's not hot and you can't check it... but you have the Tracking Number. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Go to the following thread:

Reading my initial reply, I wasn't much help. B-88.. Depending what the buyer is looking for, they really can't expect a refund from you, are they simply looking for the tracking number to open a case with USPS?

I'm hoping thats the case. Its kind of a pricey sale and I'd hate to have to come up with the refund after this long.

Note the info from the thread: "It stores the order's "delivered" status and tracking number, but since tracking is expired from carrier websites where eBay pulls the data you cannot view tracking scans."
I played with one 96 days old, and my Tracking Number was available, but USPS no longer showed Tracking scans. Bummer.

They just messaged that they didn't receive it, haven't tried to open a case or anything yet. I managed to dig up the tracking number which says it was delivered. It may have been a shipping address issue

The Money Back Guarantee covered the buyer for 30 days past the Estimated Delivery Date. When the item failed to arrive, it was up to them to file the Item Not Received claim, and apparently they didn't.
They didn't do that, they didn't contact you, and just now, many months later, they are looking for the item... I'm sincerely not sure that there is anything that you can do to help them, nor should you be beholden to them to do anything at this point.
I suppose that the gesture of helping is appropriate, but as far as I know, you did what you could.

... And if the tracking shows it was delivered, their INR case would have been found in your favor anyway.

Go to Seller Hub, Payments, Reports, Transaction Report (enter time period). This shows all details for every transaction (column on right side of page shows Tracking#).

Now admittedly this will not help with this case, but under the heading of FYI for any who may be concerned about it happening in the future:
I buy all my labels through Pirateship. I have been with them for years. I can bring up EVERY label I ever purchased from them all the way to the first day. BUT more importantly I can also bring up a COMPLETE tracking history showing every stop along the way with dates and times and confirming delivery with such comments as “Left in mail box” or “Left on porch” or ”left in package locker” and even “returned to sender” again with date and time
Pirateship apparently downloads the information in real time and keeps it on their own computer so even when the post office (or UPS) removes it the info is still available to confirm./prove delivery.
On more than one occasion I have accessed it to deflect older not received claims (as in filed through a credit card months later)
All you need is the buyer’s name and a date range (in other words not the actual date - just the “about” date)
FYI
