Tracking Number

Hi, I recently shipped on order to someone who purchased one of my products. However, I ordered the wrong shipping and had to buy a whole new shipping label. The problem is now how do i change the tracking number on said persons order because it still shows me and him the old one

     Go to the order and on the shipping tracking you should see an edit button. Clock on it and change the number to the correct one.

If you have created more than one shipping label, it usually gives a drop-down arrow in the tracking screen where you can check either one.

Be sure to void that first label within 5 days if you want your money returned, assuming it was a label for U.S. shipping.

Hey @mining33 . If the label was purchased through eBay you cannot remove tracking. Once the second number starts showing scans that will take precedence over the first one.

If the label was purchased outside of eBay, then as mentioned above you can click 'edit' next to the tracking number on your seller hub orders page and replace the old number with the new one.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
