My shop has for the past few months been at the TRS level, however, my shop and listings are not showing as TRS.
I offer free 48hr Tracked Royalmail postage and 1 day handling, can someone explain what i am missing please.
Many thanks
Craig

Hi, You're on ebay.com, which is the US site. The policies can be different between the US and UK site, so you'll get better replies if you go to
https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Discussion-Boards/ct-p/13
In the US, the TR-Plus badge will show if you offer 1- day handling and 30-day free returns (i.e., seller pays for return shipping). I checked one of your listings, and it had 3-day handling and buyer pays for return shipping. As noted, the UK criteria might be different. Here's the US policy:

To get a badge you have to be Top Rated Plus.

TR-Plus is a status and badge allocated to individual listings which meet the criteria. In the US, that's one-day handling and seller-paid returns. A Top Rated Seller could choose to have some listings which meet the TR-Plus requirements and others that don't, based on factors like needing a longer handling time.

I"M not so sure about the policy statements anymore. We're at TRS and have 100% Metrics across the board.
We've always had same day or 1 day ship, we have gone as far as free returns on everything, as "test" to see what the issues are as to why we not only dont have TRS Seal on ANY listings but we also, and more imporantly have NOT recieved any of the discounted fees as stipulated. In reading and re-searching we are absolutely only 1 of hundreds of other TRS experiencing the same issues. I've been in this business for 20 plus years, previously and currently on just about every marketplace possible, and have never seen anything like this before. They make the policies so confusing and constantly changing, I've had my attorney go through every line in every user agreement to see if he could figure it out. Ebay, no help, so this is apparently not going to change and we've diversified, added charity, promoted to the point of , well what's the point of it anymore.
Even in the good ol days of 1 mistake and your done forever (cough) Amazon, at least we knew exactly what the guidelines were and how to stay away from potential mistakes. Ebay was the easy site, pretty straight forward, at least they would base your status on a several month time period, so you could make up ground. The "other place" it was day to day, so you never knew when it would drop. I wish I could share some wisdom and experience on this but I'm dumbfounded. They're either heading for a sell off or have just given up...honestly, even a huge maketplace like this can't lose billions and billions much longer.
Anybody have any other ideas..lay it out.
Diversify, stay the course and try to survive, otherwise it's mass exodus. Amazon buys everything and it's game over!

If you are in the UK, you have a Global Top Rated Seller status, same as me.
We don't have the US -TRS status, although we get most of the perks plus a few (like less need to track shipments).
The Global TRS should show on your listings when viewed on eBaydotUK.
No TRS badge will show on your listings when viewed on eBaydotCOM.

I checked 3 of your listings; 2 said "Seller does not accept returns" and the other said "Buyer pays for return shipping." When I clicked on the "Free returns" option for search results, it showed only two listings; those two listings did show the TR-Plus badge.
