Listing Shoes with Online Stock Photos

For those of you who sell on eBay, do you know if there is a great difference in the chance of your item selling when you use stock photos of your shoes from Nike, Adidas, and Under Armor instead of taking your own photos?

How to stop eBay from relisting my listings. Is there an opt out for that?

I would like to control all of my listings without eBay relisting my listings when they end with no sale. How do I do that? Thanks in advance for your help.
