Did anyone else loose their top rated status because while the Vacation setting were on and people still bought your items. If you are not home how can you possible ship. I even wrote in my header please do not pay and they did anyway.
I was paying my neighbor to pack and ship my sales but she could not always go and it was costing me more than my items were. I was in the hospital and could not help in any way.
I do not think that it is fair to be penalized while away.

No one is allowed to post it here.
If you are looking for phone digits, Google is your friend. 😉

I am glad that you have never had a problem and are rich enough to lose money from sales and are above humanity in this situation. As stated before if you have bids on items and cancel the item you lose money and customers. So now I know I will look into the future and remove all auctions prior to emergency surgery. Have a nice day
Ive had emergencies, and I pity you, but I state again, if eBay removes your strikes, they have to do it for every other sob story that comes along. What would be the point in even having an on time shipping metric if every one could call and say they're having a medical emergency.
You're not special, you're not being singled out, its just how ebay works. Dont get your dander up just because you lost TSR status, figure out ways to REGAIN in without going to Mother Ebay and begging (which wont do you any good).

I realize that I am not special. And not begging. I had 6 late shipments in mid June shipped in 2 days instead of 24 hours. I have since then mailed everything within the 24 hour period. I do not know what else to do to REGAIN my prior status, it has been over 2 months and still paying higher fees. I could not find an email or phone number. A nice fellow eBayer has since told me to google for a phone number.

There are two separate evaluation measure that look at prompt shipping:
(1) On-time shipping is based on your 12-month performance. It's all about the numbers and percentages, so the best strategy is to have lots of successful transactions. A low-value transaction affects your percentages the same as a higher-value transaction would.
(2) The other shipping measure, exclusively for TRS status, is based on whether you upload your tracking within your handling time, and that only goes back 90 days. The evaluation on September 20 will include June through August, so the June late shpments will be on that. But then the October 20 TRS evaluation wll be based on July, August, and September.
So it depends on which of these was the one that cost you your TRS; you can see this on your seller dashboard.
