I had a good laugh looking at a TRS seller and reading his feedbacks.
Seller for his month had 300 positive feedbacks
33 neutral feedbacks
26 negative feedbacks
Has a 93.5 % rating...only 55 items for sale
Top Rated Plus means "sellers with highest buyer ratings"
Would I buy from this seller? It's like a 1 out of 3 chances being a bad purchase.
And the seller gets more exposure probably than me?
Laugh...am I doing something wrong?

Anyone can get Top Rated Plus just by offering "free returns".

They also have to sell enough in the last year to keep TRS.

I've noticed through the years, TRS doesn't mean much.

Feedback is not used by eBay to assess member accounts.
But.
I agree.
When I see a lot of poor FB, I assume that is from naive buyers who don't know how to get a refund, and that there are a lot of other unhappy customers who did get their money back.
And that eBay does watch.
It can take over 30 days for eBay to catch up with a Bad Seller, but it won't be on the basis of FB.

Most sellers ought to realize that 300 positives is about 1/3 of total sales.........at least from the # of feedback I'm being left..........

No. I wish it did that, but it doesn't.
