For The Top Rated Plus Sellers, Do you think you get better visibility?, Do you think your sales are better than others who are not Plus??, What discount & benefits do you really get??, Are free returns worth it??, I deal mainly in collectibles, & I do not want people having 30 days to play with, possibly break or damage my item & then get to return it on my buck!, I see they have done away with the free shipping requirement, So that part is good.

I can only guess, but I do think people trust Top Rated Sellers a bit more, and Top Rated Plus is more visibility of that, so a minor boost maybe? I doubt it makes much difference. We simply can't imagine not fulfilling the requirements, so we meet it by default essentially. Offering free returns saves us the risk of some potential negative feedbacks, not that we worry about too much, but we are proud of our reputation and like that we don't have any negatives unless you go back quite a ways. Anything that helps us maintain that without costing us anything of note (which considering how rarely we get returns is quite manageable) is worth it to us.

Top Rated is a status given to sellers. A seller either has it, or it does not. Top Rated Plus is a status given to listings. A listing either has it, or it does not.
A Top Rated seller can have some listings that are Top Rated Plus and some that are not.

I only get higher visibility because I'm super nice and friendly. 😂

It is likely most buyers, unless they look at a sellers Feedback page, don't even know a seller is TRS.

Yes, I do, tho it may be an illusion on my part. I looked at 5 of my products that have TRP and 3 are in the top spot and the other 2 on the first page. I also looked at two that are not a TRP and they are on the 1st page. Of course of the TRP ones, they are also the ones with the most sales so that could be why they are in that placement.
As far as the discount is concerned, I just did my accounting for September and the selling costs for fees were about 16% of gross sales, which isn't bad. I very rarely get a return, but I sell brand new items and pack them well, so that's not an issue either.
