Does anyone else have an issue with the time away setting? I was a top rated seller until I went out of town for more than 15 days (28 days) and eBay will only recognize 15 days away. They marked me late on all the items I sold. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS!!!!! Also, what about them taking a percentage of money from the shipping cost?? I am just about done!!

It sounds like you set it to allow sales, which gives you 15 days. If you'd paused sales, you'd have 30. Bummer...

When you did time away, did you pause sales or allow sales?

I'm assuming you allowed sales.

A couple of thoughts you can extend time away longer you must suspened your selling. Second, you can also extend time away by usuing a longer handling time for example 10 days. Yes I do have a problem with the way time away days are counted.

Looks like you chose the wrong option or input the wrong dates maybe?

Shipping has been a part of the Final Value Fees for years (2011 maybe?)

What about them taking a percentage of money from the shipping cost? Where have you been? Sounds to me like you've been "out of town" for way more than 28 days.
