Time Left on Mobile Devices: Countdown for (Unwanted) Renewals

@Anonymous  Does eBay have plans to add the Time Left countdown on our listings view on the seller app too for mobile users? Or are we going to have to hop on a desktop every day to check our day/hour/minute renewal countdowns in Seller Hub? 

For those of us who use our mobile devices 95% of the time for selling on our iPhones or other handhelds, we are blind to when our listings are ending unless we fire up our laptops to go to Seller Hub. Sorry, most of us don't have time to do that every day. We need that countdown view available on our handhelds.

If anyone knows if they're going to include the Time Left Until Renewal countdown on the mobile app, please inform me.

Ebay knows a good number of sellers are using mobile devices to sell. So, you need to find a way to make your mobile app interface more functional so you keep us as sellers.

You can see it in the Seller Hub or My Ebay, whichever you use.

Yeah, I know. I want it on my mobile device... the eBay Seller App. It's not on there. And it's highly frustrating when I do 95% of my listing management on my iPhone.

For your Active listings, do you have CUSTOMIZE option where you can select END DATE?

On my iPhone, I only see a Sort option for Active listings. I can select Time Ending Soonest but that’s it. Then it sorts my listings from oldest to newest. 

But i I want my countdown. The days/hours/minutes I have left until it auto renews. The mobile app doesn’t show that.

Hi @havemyfaves, I'm not aware of any plans to add this to the mobile app. I can definitely pass the suggestion over to the mobile team though!

You can log into the desktop version of Ebay on your phone with your cell phones web browser.
