Time AWay and GSP/EIS

It's been a minute since I went on Time Away so I studied ebay's page about it. I was surprised to read that time away doesn't apply to GSP [they said that, not EIS]. Has anyone run into a problem with this? That would seem to imply checking all orders as they come in and, I guess, cancelling EIS orders if not around to fulfill them. I get a fair number. 

I still want my listings to be available though while taking a break at home.

GSP does not exist on the .com site so I don't see why that would be a problem for you. It's a UK program. The US has eIS which is not an exclusion on Time Away settings.

I don't know what page you're reading, but this is the page for the .com site and you'll see there are no references of any kind to eIS or GSP:

Thank you, not sure what I was seeing though I got to the page with a Google search. Maybe it was a defunct page and that's why it referred to the Global Shipping Program  not EIS

You were probably looking at the UK site.

Instead of going through Google, click the help link on eBay.com and type in a search term like time away and you can usually find the page you need pretty quickly.
