'Tie In' Sale Promotions/discounts?

Hello,
 I sell two items that tie in with one another. Is there anyway that I can offer a discount to a prospective customer if they wish to purchase one of each type of item? (For example: I operate a store that sells both milk and bread. Is there any way I can offer a customer a 'x' discount if a customer was to purchase one loaf of bread along with a half gallon of milk?)

I've looked in the promotions section and I can't find a way to offer a discount when I link the sale of one type of my products.

You can create a promotion like 10% off if you buy 2 or more of these items, but you cannot control whether the buyer purchases 2 different items (milk and bread) or if they purchase 2 of the same item (2 loaves of bread). The 10% comes off no matter what they buy as long as the item is part of the promotion and the buyer is purchasing the minimum quantity.

Go to create a promotion and select order discount.
