I accepted an offer from a buyer and sent them the invoice. I have not recieved payment yet which isn't really a problem seeing how it has only been a few hours but what troubles me is that when I go to the order details, it says "This order was not successful. Payment for this order has failed. " Any idea why it says this? Should I cancel and relist the item? Thanks in advance.

Go to paypal.

What does it say there.

Unless it gives you the OK to ship, do not ship it.

Sounds like there is a problem with the payment.

It means there's a problem with the payment method ... perhaps the credit card is over the limit, or he doesn't have enough money on the debit card. Just be patient, and give the buyer some time.
