I just got a negative feedback 2-3 days ago. Funny thing is that on the day I got it I see my negative feedback count jumped up by 1 on the “1 month” “6 months” and “12 months” area. Then all of a sudden that negative didn’t get counted anymore. It went from 1, 4, 12 respectively down to 0, 3, 11 and that one negative is clearly still there on my page 1. It didn’t get removed or anything. Although it will eventually get scrubbed once I refund the buyer because he filed a return for it. But that shouldn’t cause those counts to already lower itself. The negative still remains.
This issue probably doesn’t make much of an impact. But it’s still weird. Anyone else experienced this too? If you click on my negative counts for that account you’ll see it’s off by 1.
