Another thought:

You could make a new shipping policy,

do an ‘Edit all listings’

Do FREE SHIPPING in the US, and,

raise all your prices $15.00

Thinking of closing store

What type of help are you looking for?

When you set up shipping, are you putting in the exact weight and package dimensions?

If you close your store, make sure you will not be billed a fee because you closed early.

Instead of ending your listings and canceling your store subscription try using eBays shipping calculator so you price your shipping correctly and use calculated shipping so buyers pay shipping to their location. Shipping cost vary depending on what zone the buyer is located.
But if you really need to cancel your store subscription see this linkhttps://www.ebay.com/help/selling/ebay-stores/close-ebay-store?id=4091

Canceling a store subscription won’t end your listings. You would need to end them if you plan on no longer selling.

Calculated shipping is the most accurate.  You have to have the item's box size and weight while you make the listing.  Every device has a zipcode assigned to it and the shipping price is computed.  Doing the math work computers were initially designed to do.

Not sure how closing your store is going to help with shipping problems........unless you mean you are going to quit listing.

How are you figuring shipping now?

There are things to learn about pricing shipping – absolutely. But, it is one of the easier aspects of selling on eBay to manage. Honestly, if a seller is thinking about closing a store to avoid figuring out one of the easier aspects to manage, I’d say, sure, close it up.

Why are you thinking of just giving up due to shipping?, Calculated shipping is your best option, You also need to weigh & measure your items prior to listing them, Use a box at least slightly larger than your item, add in some packing material for weight, Take the box measurements, & there you have it!, Easy enough you just have to do it.

@claubre66 ,

How are  you buying shipping labels? If you set up your calculated shipping using USPS retail rates and buying your shipping labels thru eBay, which gives you discounted rates. You should never have the issue of not charging enough unless you have the dimensions and weight of the package entered incorrectly with eBay.

On the other hand, if you have eBay’s shipping calculator passing on the discounted shipping rates and are going to the post office to pay for your shipping. You will be paying much higher retail rates for shipping which will result in you losing money most of the time if not all of the time.

Nothing you have listed seems to be of an odd size or shape, but some seem to be fragile. I'd pick a box you'd use to ship it in, allowing for needed protection to arive in good ordet. Enter those dimensions and what it would weigh packed up. As others have said here, use calculated shipping and add maybe 50 cents as a handling fee. Customers will not see it. Set it up in your business policies. Is having a store worth the expense? You get 250 free listings a month which would appear to be enough. And if it doesn't sell in three months and your pricing is competitive but you're getting few or zero views dump the item and move on. Life's too short and time is precious. It's the one thing you can't buy, except maybe in the Twilight Zone.

Check out Youtube videos for anything you are uncertain of. There is sooo much out there. and it's free.

Everything else looks good. My only other suggestion is to stop using ebay's AI descriptions. They are just awful. Too much cliched yak-yak. Write your own. It really doesn't take much time. I'd  like to think mine are pretty good. Good luck!

If you give us more detail, we could help more. It does appear you are passing the shipping discount to the buyer. Here are some other non-shipping related help. I looked at some of your children's books you have listed that sell as lots. You need to put some of the book titles in the listing title or they will never sell. Also, the Disney Golden books lot shows Ground Advantage rather than Media Mail. The Dalmatian bone picture frame title should say 101 not 1001.

As has been noted several times you need to switch to calculated shipping which means at the time of listing you need to enter the items PACKED weight and dimensions.  After a while you won't actually have to do the test packing because you will develope an eye for estimating it.  Also, keep in mind the post office always rounds dimensions up to the nearest inch and weights up to the nearest ounce if under a pound, up to the nearest pound if over a pound.  Be aware of where the breaks are at, where going even one ounce higher than what you estimated puts the package in the next, higher bracket.  Make sure you are using ebays discounted labels and have your profile set to charge your buyers the retail rate.   Do these things and you won't have a problem with undercharging.

Well based on your shipping cost which I can see from east coast to west coast your weight is off. Your items  likely weigh more than what you typed in. As others have stated everything needs to be measured out and scale that gives you an accurate weight. Do you do this prior to listing? Are you using a scale which is accurate?

@claubre66

IMO you seem to be guessing at everything, your prices, your shipping costs, all of it. Looking at what other like items are selling/shipping for, could definitely help you here. Doing just a bit of research of solds may be all the help you need?

Personally calculated doesn’t really work for me and I prefer to use flat rate, but again, it’s about doing the work, finding an average and making it work for you.

It appears you ship many fragile items, and the shipping cost of around $6.50 to my PA zip code might not account for packaging materials. Considering the actual costs of boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and filler materials could help you adjust your shipping prices more accurately.

Your no returns policy is hampering your sales activity.  eBay's Buyer Money Back Guarantee  for 30 days has  the buyer back.  Your are  much better off offering 30 day return buyer pays return.  IMO a store biggest advantage is to get more free listings w/o a store your receive 250 free listing each month you   currently  have 131 listings.  For  largers store commitments there  are some perks.  But  having any store  won't promise you  more  sales.  Your listings are your best  sales person and sales  level activity will forever go up and down like a  yo-yo.  You have  have what  people are looking for at the right  price or value when the are  out "shopping for dresses"* and or needs.

*"Shopping for dresses" generally means the act of going to stores or browsing online to find and potentially purchase dresses. It can involve searching for specific styles, sizes, or occasions, or simply browsing with the intention of finding something appealing. The phrase can also encompass the entire experience, from browsing to trying on to purchasing
