They Suspended My Account without explanation

Ebay normally sends out an email message providing a high level reason/explanation for the suspension. Follow the instructions in that email to the letter & good luck!

Since your not in the USA things are a bit different.   Since you can post here, it does not look like a full suspension. Could be just you can't sell.  Do you have the email that said you were suspended?  If so we need to see what that says.

I am new Selling, I have been honest, I have sent the things that I have sold and I was about to send others, It allá started yesterday bye announcing an Audio Equipment, I only received an Email telling me that they did not like My actions and they decided to suspend My Account

I'm very sad with Ebay

It REALLY helps to tell us Exactly what you were selling and exactly what the eBay email said.Since nobody here works for EBay we need to know what instructions you were given. And did you follow them?

You're still not giving us any information that may be helpful to solving your problem. Copy and paste the message sent to you...redact any personal info...and post it so we can see it.
