There is no support to contact for problems selling or buying on eBay anymore. I quit selling because there is no way to contact anyone at eBay for help when a problem comes up. The help pages are only good if something general is asked. Help pages are useless for any real problems. Where did the eBay team go? They were there to help. It was great. Without them I'm not selling on eBay.

What kind of problems are you having? And, depending on the action you need to take, there are very few issues, in life OR on eBay, that can be resolved in 15 minutes.

Yes that's exactly what I have seen over last couple years. Tired of it. I'm not working that hard when they can't even give help when needed.

The OP needs help when it is needed. Too late for that now. Afraid to sell on eBay because there will be no help. Can't wait forever to resolve a problem in the middle of a sale. I will check back next year maybe to see if they provide help if needed. eBay has treated buyers better than sellers but where does the money come from when the sellers are leaving? They need to take care of sellers and buyers. I loved selling on eBay until things started going bad. Even buying is not that great anymore because the good sellers have left and are leaving. The eBay team that I used to be able to contact was great. They would help with a problem in the matter of minutes. That is all gone now. Buying has not been fun either. Most of what I buy is not as described and way over-priced. Buying turns into a hassle. I do not enjoy having to return things so I just buy less and less. Getting close to buying nothing now.

Bye, see you next year. If you have problems when you return you can come here first for answers.

Go here: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10 In the left side bar click the automated chat. When the chat window comes up, type "agent" into the chat box. You will be given a choice to use the live chat or have a call back from eBay.
**Hint - use the live chat. I've used it a few times and my issues were taken care of in a couple of minutes. You also get a written transcript of the chat. If I ever need CS - which admittedly is rare for me - I'll use live chat every single time. I called once ages ago, the phone support was crap then and I hear it's double crap now.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.

The last few times I needed help I couldn't get CS or Live Chat. I like the chat, anything to get a quick solution. I prefer the phone because sometimes Life Chat doesn't get the whole picture and can't help.
