I've sold a couple of pairs of tickets in good faith but buyers have been unable to enter theme park as tickets were in my name, where do I stand on having to issue a refund??
Thanks in advance.

You need to refund your buyers. Those tickets say on the ticket Not Transferable.

I don't see that you sold anything on this account, but you will need to refund those buyers.
We used to buy and sell unused Disneyland park passes years ago, but then Disney caught on and made them non-transferrable, since so many people were doing that!

Where you stand doesn't matter. Where eBay, decency and morality (and probably the law) stand is that you owe your buyers an immediate and complete refund.

I'm not sure why you are even asking the question about a refund. If I sold a broken piece of equipment, I would need to refund. Your item is "broken" and unusable too. Need to refund.

The tickets have your name on them just so that no one else can use them. You owe your buyer a prompt and full refund.
You know that if you had been the buyer and ended up stranded at the park gates with useless tickets you would expect a refund, and rightly so.
